For big groups, families or those who have a tight budget, we have many affordable options. Large groups will save money with one of our large multi bedroom homes that feature full kitchens and extra amenities. South Lake
The hub of activity around the area, the South Shore has more casinos, ski resorts, bars and restaurants close by than any other major city on the water. Skiers and Snowboarders can stay in the center of town and enjoy convenient ski resort access via Heavenly’s Gondola lift located a short walk away! We have a number of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rentals within walking distance to all of the major hot spots in town. For a quieter experience, consider a Tahoe Keys rental or a Kingsbury cabin.
Kingsbury
Quieter than other South Shore rentals, Kingsbury offers convenience with a calm atmosphere and some of the best views around. Summer enthusiasts will appreciate the quick access to hiking and biking trails as well as the short drive to the beaches of the southern and eastern shore of the lake. Winter enthusiasts will love the quick access to Heavenly’s Nevada side ski lifts.
Incline Village
When it comes to luxury homes, not many places can match the quality of Vacation Rentals found in Incline Village. With boat docks right on the water and short drives to some of the best beaches on the lake, summer vacations have never been more luxurious. Choose from rustic, modern or cabin atmospheres whose stunning views of the water will make your trip unforgettable.
Tahoe City
This small city puts you right on the lake and close by North Lake ski resorts such as Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Northstar at Tahoe. Tahoe City is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the mountains. Most North Shore outdoor activities are within a close drive and restaurants and bars are not far.
Kings Beach
On the lake and without the density of cities like South Lake Tahoe and Reno, Kings Beach is close to Northstar at Tahoe resort and many beaches. With a short drive to Truckee and Reno, its location is convenient but quiet enough for a nice getaway. Our lodging options here will help you escape from it all without compromising convenience.
Truckee
This North Shore city is a great choice for visitors coming in from the west on I-80 and exploring the North Shore’s hikes and skiing. Close by one can find Sugar Bowl, Northstar at Tahoe, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski resorts. Summer recreation includes the nearby Tahoe Rim Trail hikes and river rafting as well as beach and water activities just a short drive away. Its small but active downtown area offers small bars and restaurants with a quaint but lively character.

Cabin
Perfect for families and small groups, a cabin provides a quaint and simple atmosphere. Choose a cabin if you want to enjoy the rustic character of the area and enjoy a beer or two by the fire. Give us a call for more information.

If you don’t want to sacrifice the features you are used to at your house, book one just like it! With full kitchens, large baths, multi-car garages, multiple bedrooms and even jacuzzis, our houses provide families and groups with full amenities, comfort and privacy! We also have options for groups that need a place which sleeps 20 or more people.
Apartment/Condo
For small groups and families looking for the conveniences of home and more privacy than a hotel, our apartment rentals will fit the bill. Many of our apartments are also located very close to city centers and ski resort lifts!

Choosing a rental house or apartment instead of a hotel will give you the amenities you want without having to book a penthouse suite! In fact, we often find that rentals offer more privacy than a hotel without compromising on luxuries like jacuzzis and conveniences like covered parking, full service kitchens and private bedrooms.
